 - Its not about IT, there is very few people who are really graduated. Its about getting good people to do their jobs
 - We need to present subjects as fun. We must recover kids attraction.
 - We need good teachers
 - We need more inspired grand projects to recover fame and drag people into the business
 - We need more copying at school, working together
 - Have more team work and roles at school, teach governance in a way
 - We should sell software development as a fun creating activity
 - Get the more experienced people in front of public talking about problems they solved and face
